John Davis was a CPA before becoming an attorney and uses his background to assist ITLG clients by holistically thinking through business strategy and investment analysis. He especially enjoys identifying opportunities and working through risks alongside clients.

John is adept at smoothly guiding clients in areas of biologics, development to market strategy for technology, and technology negotiations. 

Over the last two decades, John has honed his skills in legal and business aspects of biologics manufacturing and has developed a keen ability to work effectively for ITLG clients while garnering trust and respect from customers and partners of ITLG clients and their service providers.

John is also counsel to several young technology companies, using his prior CPA experience and business first mindset to fill in much-needed knowledge gaps.

Additionally, he spent the first part of his legal career in estate planning, from simple to complex plans, and continues to be known for this expertise.

John thoroughly enjoys seeing clients progress in their business goals and being an integral part of business development at all stages.
